2020 Summer Reading Program

This year’s Library Summer Reading Program has been designed to bring the joy of reading and the excitement of discovery to our community while keeping families safe in light of the lingering threat of Covid-19.

Children who sign up can receive their book bag, reading log and activity packet, and LEGOS (for children 4+) through the library curb service. You can also use our curb service to check out books, DVDs, weekly craft projects and pick up prizes all summer long! Parents with kids as young as toddlers up to age seven can sign up to check out a new bag of curated, age-appropriate picture books each week – making it easy to keep reading fun happening all summer long. Plus the first 80 kids to sign up will receive a free Summer Reading T-shirt!

Logging your time spent reading, completing activities and attending online programs will earn you Book Bucks that you can use to shop in our special Book Buck Store.  You’ll be able to report your progress and claim your prizes through your own, personalized summer reading home page. Summer Reading Sign-Up and programs begin June 1st! Go to eurekalibrarykids.org to sign up and find out more!
